Description : Orchard Gate House is a family home on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey. Our work on this property was the first phase of a bigger development project. This phase consists of a six car garage, staff accommodation and games room, all constructed in rendered block work with natural stone architectural detailing in a typical Georgian style.
Exterior terracing incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool, changing facilities and entertainment room, as well as housing the pool plant. Bole Construction also undertook hard landscaping, terracing and construction of steps. The second phase of work is to commence in the near future now that this initial project has been completed. The work was completed over an 8 month period.
