Description : Dunwood is a 9,000 square foot arts-and-crafts architectural design house on the Wentworth Estate and Golf Course in Surrey, traditionally built using bricks and blocks with architectural stone dealing. This property features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with all bathrooms finished to a high level with top of the range sanitary ware and natural stone tiles / flooring.
A cutting-edge Crestron control system has been integrated throughout the property, providing intuitive control over lighting, heating, security and A/V systems. A detached leisure facility houses a swimming pool, changing facility, jacuzzi and games room, with additional self-contained garaging. As with the majority of our projects, Bole Construction undertook the complete process from demolition to completion, including several aspects of interior design. Dunwood was constructed over a 12 month period on behalf of a private client as a residential home.
