We matched the face bricks and bath stone details, box sash timber windows, and slate roof exterior with the rest of the house.
Inside we opened up a side wall to connect the new extension with the existing house. We continued the wooden floor throughout including on the mezzanine and installed a feature staircase by Zig Zag. An internal fit-out incorporated comfort cooling and under floor heating which is serviced by an external air source heat pump and smart lighting by Lutron and controls by Control 4 were installed.
